International flights

Ticket Delivery
Right after completing your reservation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to
the e-mail provided. For most flights an electronic ticket will be e-mailed to you
within 48 hours.
Electronic tickets must be printed out and taken to airport check-in on the day of departure, along with the appropriate travel documents.

› Baggage Allowances

The baggage that exceeds the allowancee will be subjected to an extra charge.

Allowance
Allowance according to the class in which the pax is traveling: Tourist 20 kg (44 lbs) 5 kg of hand baggage limited by volume to what physically may be placed under the seat of the pax. The sum of the outside dimensions can't be over 115 cm (45 inches).

CHD Allowance
Only the CDH that pay the 50% or 67% of the adult applicable fee will have the right to the allowance and in case of excess baggage the normal fee will be charged.

INF Allowance
Infants (0 to 1 year, 11months)
Allowance: 10 kg in all regular flights.

Baggage Excess
It will be applied the 1,5% of the highest ecomonic fee current for the trip the passenger is taking per each kg over the allowance the passenger has the right to according to the class his ticket has been issued.

Aerocaribbean History

Aerocaribbean was founded in the year 1982. Its regular and charter flights are carried out with crafts designed for short and medium range operations.
For some time now, Aerocaribbean has its own terminal at Havana's International Airport "José Martí" that offers its passengers a greater comfort and at the same time offers services to the General Aviation.
