Visit Plaza Mayor, the Iglesia Parroquial Mayor de la Santisima Trinidad, the Museum of Romanticism and the Architecture Museum.  Stop for a typical local cocktail at La Canchanchara. Visit a waterfall and take time to explore this eco area.  Lunch at El Salto restaurant.  Continue on to Vinales Valley, a National Natural Monument.  This afternoon an excursion to the Cueva del Indio, including a boat trip on its subterranean river, visiting the Mural de la prehistoria - an enormous pre-historical painting made on the side of a hill representing ancient animals and inhabitants of the area.  Continue on to tour the village of Vinales.  Return to Havana.  Dinner.   Evening at leisure.
